Strength & Flexibility
Ages 16+
This is a daily (except Sunday’s) fitness class where during the first 45 minutes you will be doing strength training doing calisthenics, as well as using free weights to get strong and fit. The second part of the class is focused on developing flexibility by doing a variety of yoga positions as well as other stretches to become limber and make your muscles long and lean. Bring a mat & a set of 1-5 lb. weights.
