REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER 2025 OPENS MAY 1st!

STEP ONE:

Please pay your ANNUAL registration fee before filling out the registration form.

No registration fee required for DATE NIGHT BALLROOM, or STUDIO RENTAL.

Paid only ONCE per year.

NOTE: If you choose to mark the transaction as "Goods or Services",

you will need to add the fee charged by Venmo (which is 2.99%) to your $25.

STEP TWO:

Please download, print and sign this waiver form, then bring it to your first day of class.
