SUMMER 2024 REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 1st

STEP ONE:

Please pay your LIFETIME registration fee before filling out the registration form

unless you have previously done so.

NOTE: If you choose to mark the transaction as "Goods or Services",

you will need to add the fee charged by Venmo which is 1.9% plus 10 cents to your $25.

STEP TWO:

Please download, print and sign this waiver form, then bring it to your first day of class.

STEP THREE:

FILL OUT THIS REGISTRATION FORM. When you are finished you will see a white screen.
